Compensation

$30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.

About the Role

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our dentists in a wide variety of procedures. You’ll help create a positive patient experience, maintain an efficient clinical environment, and contribute to a team that is committed to excellence every day.

Your Responsibilities

  • Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
  • Taking digital radiographs and assisting with diagnostics
  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection prevention protocols
  • Providing patient education and post-treatment instructions
  • Supporting efficient clinical workflow and patient care
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Licensed with CADA and registered with the CDAA
  • Previous clinical dental assisting experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Dentrix experience is an asset
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
