Sarah Nixon-LaFrance is the Clinic Manager at our St. Albert Smiles location. After completing the Health Care Aid program, she brings a patient-focused mindset and strong teamwork to everything she does. Sarah loves the variety that comes with leadership in a dental clinic and is always looking for ways to support both patients and staff, whether that means creating a positive experience for someone in the chair or helping a teammate build new skills.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family. Her favorite part about working at Smiles is the supportive culture: she appreciates that everyone gets along, not only at work, but in personal life as well.
