Olena works as a Sterilization Technician at Smiles, and holds a Master’s degree in Social Pedagogy and Psychology. She plays a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring every instrument meets the highest sterilization and safety standards and supporting the foundation of care for the entire clinic.

Outside of work, Olena enjoys cooking, spending quality time with her children, and travelling. She takes great pride in knowing she is a key part of the clinic’s safety and success, and finds deep satisfaction in protecting both patients and the dental team by maintaining a consistently safe and sterile environment.
