Derrica is a Registered Dental Assistant at Smiles, passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. She enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and finds it incredibly rewarding to help improve their confidence and overall well-being every day.

Outside of the clinic, Derrica loves going to concerts and shopping. Her favourite part about working at Smiles is the welcoming, team-first environment, which she says feels less like joining a workplace and more like being part of a hardworking family.
