Dr. Syed graduated from a Buffalo, New York dental school. While he's an excellent general dentist, Dr. Syed is also a skilled sedation specialist. Dr. Syed cares for some of the most anxious patients who come to the office, helping them get comfortable during their appointments. His goal is to get even nervous patients to look forward to seeing the dentist. As a sedation dentist, Dr. Syed uses whatever tools he can to lower anxiety, from medication and nitrous oxide, to IV sedation and a soothing, calm voice. Recently, he’s taken up cycling, spending a lot of time in Edmonton’s river valley. He's also an avid ball hockey player.
