Dr. Danny Tan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Medical Science degrees from the University of Alberta, where he received academic recognition for excellence in periodontology and clinical dentistry. Early experience in a surgical centre helped develop his clinical interests in oral surgery and complex dental care.

Dr. Tan provides general dentistry and has particular interests in wisdom teeth removal, root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign. His additional training in nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation informs his approach to patients who may be apprehensive about dental procedures. He regularly undertakes continuing education to strengthen his knowledge and clinical techniques.

For Dr. Tan, trust is built through careful assessment, transparent recommendations, and patient involvement in treatment decisions. He explains procedures clearly and takes the time to understand individual concerns so that patients can proceed with confidence.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys road cycling, Edmonton’s River Valley, reading, collecting vinyl records, and travelling for live music.
