Compensation
$28.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in helping patients move forward with the treatment they need by confidently presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage and financing options, coordinating payment arrangements, and ensuring every patient feels informed and supported throughout their journey.
Working closely with our dentists and clinical team, you’ll help improve treatment acceptance while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Minimum 5 years of dental office experience
- 3–5 years of Dentrix experience
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, accounts receivable, and patient financials
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Orthodontic treatment coordination experience is considered an asset
