Smiles Dental Group is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in excellent clinical care. We’re a locally owned Alberta dental group with seven locations serving Edmonton and surrounding communities.

What We Offer

Our full-time RDH package includes:

• $50–$65/hour, based on directly relevant experience and clinical capabilities
• Quarterly bonus of up to $750 per month; up to $9,000 annually
• $5,000 signing bonus for eligible candidates with two or more years of experience

What You’ll Do

• Periodontal assessment and charting
• Clear patient education and home-care coaching
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Continuing-care planning and recommendations
• Efficient schedule management
• Collaboration with dentists and the team
• Building strong, trusting patient relationships

We expect hygienists to recognize disease, communicate findings clearly, and confidently recommend appropriate care.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Licensed with Alberta College of Dental Hygienists 
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Dependability, preparation, and ownership of your schedule and responsibilities
• Openness to feedback and continued professional development
• A patient-centred approach and interest in building a long-term career with Smiles
• Dentrix or similar practice-management experience is an asset
