We are currently seeking a motivated Chairside Assistant to join our practice.
As a Chairside Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our dentists and clinical staff, helping ensure each patient visit is efficient, comfortable, and positive. You will be joining a well-established team that values collaboration, professionalism, and mutual support.
Position Details
- Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Wage: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Prepare, organize, and maintain treatment rooms and dental equipment
- Clean, sterilize, and manage dental instruments according to protocols
- Support patient comfort and confidence throughout their appointments
- Contribute to a consistently high standard of patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Chairside Assisting experience is an asset, but training is available for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an established team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience with Dentrix is considered an asset
