Smiles Dental Group is currently the largest, locally, solely-owned, and branded dental group in Edmonton. With 7 locations, we have an annual base of over 25,000 patients, with 500-800 new patients per month. We are looking for full-time or part-time general dentists who are highly competent, team-oriented, patient-oriented, and want to be very productive. We have a highly trained clinical and administrative team in place. Our facilities are modern and fully digital, with access to CBCT as well. Our full-time associates average between $85k – $125k in production per month, with a collection rate of nearly 98% year over year. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, compassionate, and clinically competent in all areas of general dentistry, including extractions, molar endodontics, crown & bridge, etc. Individuals interested in implants, surgery, and ortho are more than welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program
- Registered, licensed with the Alberta Dental Associate & College (ADA&C)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask, delegate & communicate, especially in a fast-paced environment
