Full-time associate dentist, Edmonton (multiple established clinics)

Smiles Dental Group is a locally owned dental group in Edmonton hiring a full-time associate dentist to support patient access across established clinics as scheduling needs shift. This role fits a dentist who wants consistent patient flow, strong operational support, and flexibility without lowering clinical standards.

Environment

Fully digital clinics with CBCT. Experienced clinical and administrative teams. Clear expectations on documentation, treatment planning, and patient communication.

Clinical scope

Core general dentistry, including restorative care, crowns and bridges, extractions, and endodontics within your competence. Comprehensive diagnostics and preventive care. Accurate charting and clear, ethical treatment planning.

Schedule model

Full-time schedule with flexibility across locations. We aim for continuity where possible and will align a primary home base based on mutual fit and operational needs.

Mentorship

Structured mentorship available for new graduates who want supervised, real-world case exposure with clear feedback and standards.

Compensation note

Provider performance varies by schedule and procedure mix. We will share clinic metrics and expectations during the interview process so there are no surprises.

Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited program. Eligible for licensure and registration with the Alberta Dental Association & College.
