This key role supports our Director and HR team with call auditing, performance reporting, and project execution—helping us deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Position Type: Part time
Hours: Monday–Friday (7–2, 8–3, or 9–4)
Wage: $22.00-$25.00 / Hour
Location: Central Edmonton (Kingsway)

Your Responsibilities:Â
- Audit inbound & outbound patient calls to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Analyze team performance data and generate actionable reports.
- Assist in project tracking, deadlines, and communication across departments.
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership on strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years in an administrative role or project coordination environment.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing software.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare environments is an asset.
